Handy, a witness produced on behalf of claim- ant, being duly sworn, answers and says: 1st. A. Twenty-nine years; been a voter eight years: resided in 1865, in Buckley's district (No. 6.) 2nd. A. Did apply; no charge ;no witness; took the oath ; answered their questions; was not registered as a voter. 3d. A. Did not vote; would have voted for Franklin. 4th. Waived Cross-Examination: To the first interrogatory : A. No, sir, not that I know of. 2d. A. Yes, sir, I don't remember who or when. 3d. A. Don't think that I did. 4th, 5th and 6th. Waived.
