162 A. Raised in the year 1860. Q. How long was that company in operation?' A. It broke up at the time of the riot in Baltimore-- April, 1861. - Q. Against whom was this company intended to protect the State ? A. Any rebellion that might come. Q. At what time did this company receive their arms? A. The Captain started for Baltimore for the arms on the date of that riot; I understood the company never received their arms. Q. What was the cause of the company's being disbanded ? A. I can't say, but because, I suppose, he couldn't get his arms. 1st. Cross-Interrogatory: A. I answered all the questions the Registers asked me, and I don't think it necessary to answer any more. 2d. A. I decline to answer. 3d. A. I decline to answer. 4th. A. I decline to answer. 5th. A. I decline to answer. Q.
