Franklin, Claimant. ) tion. First Interrogatory. How long have you resided in Seiner- set county? Have you been a voter there? If so, liow long, and where did you reside in 1865 ? Second. Did you or not apply to the persons acting as offi- cers of Registration in your district as a legal and qualified voter? If yea, state whether you took the oath and all that occurred at the time of your application or any other interview with the Register or any of them; and whether there were any charges against you of which you were noti- fied, or any witnesses produced against you to your know- ledge? Third. Did you or not vote at the election in November, 1865, for Judge? if you did, for which of the Judicial can- didates did you vote, or would you have voted had you been permitted ? Fourth. Were you or not Judge of Election in your dis- trict, No. 8, at the election for Judge in November last; if yea, who were your colleagues or associate Judges ? Fifth. Was any paper furnished you and the other Judges of Election of your district on the day of election, purport- ing to be a list of qualified voters in said district No. 8? if yea, please exhibit that paper and say v.hether that paper was accepted or rejected as a true list of the qualified voters in your district, and state your reasons for your action and how you held the election ?
