Judicial Circuit of Maryland.

HUNGARY NECK,10th ELECTION DIST.,
December 30th, 1865.
John Sims, being duly sworn, deposeth and saith to the
8th and 9th interrogatories, that I am a registerd and quali-
fied voter in Election District No. 10, of Somerset County,
Maryland, and did vote at said election for Thomas A.
Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of
Maryland, and that
John Murrill, John W. Murrill, Michael Murrill, George
P. Murrill, William J. Sims, Littleton Bloodsworth, are all
registered and qualified voters in Election District No 10,
of Somerset County, Maryland, and did vote at said election
for Thomas A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth
Judicial Circuit of Maryland.
