HUNGARY NECK, 10TH ELECTION DIST., 7
December 30ih, 1865. S
Charles R. Ross, being duly sworn, deposeth and saith to the
8th and 9lh interrogatories, that he is a registered and qualified
voter in Election District No. 10, of Somerset County, Maryland,
and did vote at said election for Thomas A. Spence, for Circuit
Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Maryland, and that
Thomas J. Holland and Stephen Holland, both registered and
qualified voters in Election District No. 10, of Somerset County,
Maryland, and did vote at said election, in November last, for
Thomas A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Judicial
Circuit of Maryland.

Circuit of Maryland.
