60 9th. I did vote and cast my ballot for Thomas A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Maryland. C.T. MARSHALL. Test; CHAS. R. W. LONG. Written and attested by Chas. R. W. Long, Clerk. PRINCESS ANNE, 5TH ELECTION DIST. ) December 26, 1865. \ Levin Thomas Parker being duly sworn, deposeth and saith : That, I am a resident of Election district No. 5, of Somerset County, Maryland, and have been registered as a qualified voter in said district, under the name of Thomas Parker; that I offered my vole to the Judges of election of said district, on the seventh day of November last, but was refused the privilege of voting for the reason, as alleged by the said Judges, that my full name —Levin Thomas Parker—did not appear on the list furnished them by the officers of Registration of said district; I offered my vote a second time, at about eleven o'clock, A. M., and was again refused, I then left the place of voting and did not again offer my vote. If I had been allowed the privilege of voting, I would have voted for Thomas A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Maryland. LEVIN T. PARKER. Test: L. LONG, Jr. Written and attested by L. Long, Jr., Clerk.
