Said resolutions were then. returned to the House of Dele-
gates.
Also, delivered the following message;
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
January, 29, 1866.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We herewith return you, according to request, House bill
to repeal sections one and two, chapter seventy-one, passed
1864, entitled, an Act to add to the forty-first article of the
Code of Public General Laws, in relation to Fish and Fish-
eriers, relating to the waters of the Potomac river, between
the mouth of New Creek and Weaverton Dam.

Which was read.
Also returned the resolution extending the privileges of
the floor to Admiral Porter, endorsed, "passed by yeas and
nays;"
Also, the joint resolution relating to the Message of Gov-
ernor Swann;
