The undersigned, a Justice of the Peace of the State of Mary-
land, in and for Somerset County, most respectfully certifies to
the Honorable Body over which you preside, that in pursuance of
the notice herewith transmitted, at the time and place therein ap-
pointed, at the town of Princess Anne in Somerset County, on
Tuesday, the 26th day of December, 1865, he proceeded to exam-
