We, the subscribers, Judges of election, District No. 10
of Somerset County, being of opinion that there has been no
registration in said District in accordance with the Act of
Assembly of January Session, 1865, do adjudge and. deter-
mine that it is our duty to proceed in accordance with the
Second Section of the First Article of the Constitution of the
State of Maryland in holding this election.

STATE OF MARYLAND, Somerset County to-wit;
We, the undersigned, duly appointed by the Commission-
ers of said County, in due form of law, Judges of election in
District No. 10, do hereby certify and return that we attended
on the seventh day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-
five, at the School House near Witchbridge, the place
appointed by law for holding the election within said Dis-
trict, and did then and there appoint Lester D. Overton and
Sorin Barbon, Clerks of the election, who severally quali-
fied as directed by law. We further certify that we did then
