We, the subscribers, Judges of election, District No. 10 of Somerset County, being of opinion that there has been no registration in said District in accordance with the Act of Assembly of January Session, 1865, do adjudge and. deter- mine that it is our duty to proceed in accordance with the Second Section of the First Article of the Constitution of the State of Maryland in holding this election.
