We, the undersigned Judges, do hereby certify that we
have administered the oath prescribed by law to every voter
in District No. 8; and we f'urtlier certify that we have not
allowed any person to vote whom, in our opinion, was not a
legal and qualified voter.

We, the subscribers, Judges of Election District No. 8,
of Somerset County, being of opinion that there has been no
registration in said district in accordance with the Act of
Assembly of January session, 1805, do adjudge and deter-
mine that it Is our duty to proceed in accordance with the'
second section of the first article of the Constitution of the
State of Maryland, in holding this election.
