November 7, 1865.
At an election held at Dublin, in the Eighth Election
District of Somerset County, on Tuesday, the 7th day of No-
vember, 186, to elect one Judge of the Circuit Court, one
Sheriff, three County Commissioners, and one Surveyor.
Present:

OATHS ADMINISTERED TO THE JUDGES.
I, John S. Lankford, do swear that I will permit all per-
sons to vote who shall offer to poll at the election now to be
held for Somerset County, who, in my judgment, shall, ac-
cording to the directions contained in the Constitution and
Laws, be entitled to poll at the same election, and that I
will not permit any person to poll at the same election who
is not, in my judgment, qualified to vote, as aforesaid, and I
will in all things execute the office of Judge of the said
election, according to the best of ray knowledge, without
favor or partiality. So help me God.
Sworn before:*

I, George T. Parsons, do swear that I will permit all per-
