titled, "An Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to aid and
encourage enlistments into the Maryland Regiments in ser-
vice of the United States, passed 1864, chapter 15, and to
provide for the prompt payment of the bounties therein spe-
cified; and to repeal section four of said Act, and to re-enact
the same so as to make the bounties therein specified payable
to the widows and heirs of deceased soldiers," and tore-enact
and amend the same;
The bill entitled, an Act to regulate the working of public
reads in the State of Maryland;
The bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 179 and 180, of
article 30, of the Code of Public General Laws relating to
Sabbath-breaking, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments;
The bill entitled, a supplement to the Act entitled, the Act
to incorporate the New York and Baltimore Transportation
Line, passed at December Session, 1847, chapter 112;
The hill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Washington
County Manufacturing and Improvement Company;

a turnpike road from the Baltimore and Yorktown turnpike
to My Lady's Manor, in Baltimore county;

Council of Baltimore to increase the issue of water stock, to

oil the line of their water works and to protect said water
works from injury;

of the first Lutheran Church of Frostburg, held November
23, 1865;
The bill entitled, an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay certain members of the committee of Ways and Means of
the House of Delegates, and of the committee on Finance in
the Senate of 1864, for labors performed and services render-
ed after the adjournment of the Legislature, in accordance
with the requirements of joint resolution number eleven, as-
sented to March 10, 1864;

the Western Maryland Railroad Company;
The bill entitled, an Act to regulate the issuing of licenses
for the sale of spirituous liquors within the limits of the town
