The bill entitled, a supplement to the Act entitled, an Act
to incorporate the Baltimore and Philadelphia Steamboat
company, passed at- December session, 1853, chapter] &8.
The bill entitled, an Act to alter and change the name of
Rufus Henry Greenhawk, of Talbot county, to that of Rufus
Henry Love;
The bill entitled, an Act amendatory of am Act entitled,.
an Act to establish and endow an Agricultural College in
Maryland, passed at January session, 1856, chapter 97, and
of a supplementary Act, passed at January session, 1858,
chapter 265;
The bill entitled, an Act supplementary to an Act to in--
corporate the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, passed at
December session, 1830; .
The bill entitled, an Act to pay John Himelhaver, a sum
of money, for services rendered in renewing and enlarging
the wall and furnace of the Record Office, Frederick Sasscer
clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince (.George's county, Oliver
'Wood, George E. Gamin-ill, R. Vinten Clayton, Augustus
Gassaway and Peter W. Crain, for professional services;.
The bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Governor of the-
State and the Comptroller and Treasurer, to convey to the
United. States of America, the Government House and.
Grounds, belonging to this State is. the city of Annapolis,,
and to procure other site and buildings in. lieu thereof;
The bill entitled, an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay William. Camben and. David Fowler, extra compensa-
tion lor services rendered the State;
Severally endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays.'7

ing a canal between the river Delaware and the Chesapeake
