To the worll. Justices. of Somerset County The humble Petition of Hen: Hayman
humbly sheweth: that your petioner was bound last march Court to his good
behaviour
dureing your worps pleasure your petioner desires that he may be released from his
bonds
and as in duty bound shall pray.

To the worll. the Justices of peace in Court sitting. the petion of ffrancis: Jenckins Admr of the goods
and chattells of Samuel: Cooper decd humbly sheweth. That whereas: John: Cropper late of this
County
stood indebted unto the said Samuel: Cooper in the just quantity of one hundred sixty seven pounds of
Tob
as pr accot hereunto anexed and ready to proved in Court by the said Coopers book, your petioner
humbly
Craveth an Order for his debt agt John: ffranklin and Rhodiah his wife the Admrs of ye sd Jno.

time we were fined for being absent, but seeing you are Senscible that our necessity was great
we hope, we hope that your worps, will also forgive our neglect, and your petioner shall forever pray

The humble petion of Henry Sadbury to their Maties Justices of the Peace for Somerset County
