now in the family of Robert
Long, and that his general assembly will annually allow to the person
with whom the agent shall

Mr. Reintzel, from the committee, brings in and delivers

THE committee to whom was referred the petition

that from the peculiar

they are induced to suggest to
the levy court of Montgomery county the propriety of appointing five
respectable characters at their
next June term, residents of said county, not interested in the road
prayed for by the petitioners,
who are to inform themselves whether said road is necessary, and if
they, or a majority of them,
shall be of opinion that such a road is really necessary, to report
the same, under their hands and seals,
to the next general assembly, to which time your committee hope the

petition will be referred. All which is submitted to the house.
