be held on the Tuesday following the first
Monday in November in the year 197I
and on the same day every four years
thereafter, and that the candidate receiv-
ing the highest number of votes for an
office shall be elected,

mon-colored copy. The delegate proposing
this proposal has asked me to announce
that there is a typographical error in his

word, the word "Monday". Would you
