Delegate. Gallagher.
DELEGATE GALLAGHER: Mr. Presi-
dent, I should like to call a brief meeting
of the Committee on the Legislative Branch
five minutes after we adjourn.
THE PRESIDENT: Are there any other
announcements by committee chairmen?
Delegate Moser.
DELEGATE MOSER: Mr. President,
the Committee on Local Government will
meet for a brief session at 7:45 P.M. this
evening.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Sherbow.
DELEGATE SHERBOW: The Commit-
tee on State Finance and Taxation will
meet tomorrow morning at 9:00 A.M.
THE PRESIDENT: Are there any other
announcements by committee chairmen?
Delegate Dulany.
DELEGATE DULANY: Mr. President,
the Committee on Public Information will
meet promptly at 9:00 A.M. tomorrow
morning. I would also like to state that
the news clippings on your desk will be
placed there every day now from the In-
formation Office to give each delegate a
summary of what is going on in the Con-
vention as reported by the newspapers.
THE PRESIDENT: Are there any other
announcements by committee chairmen?
Delegate Boyer.
DELEGATE BOYER: Mr. President,
your Committee on General Provisions will
meet this evening at 8:00 P.M.
THE PRESIDENT: Are there any other
announcements by committee chairmen?
Delegate Burdette.
DELEGATE BURDETTE: Mr. Presi-
dent, the Chairman of the Committee on
Style, Drafting and Arrangement has
asked me to announce that the Committee
will meet tomorrow, Wednesday morning,
at 9:00 A.M.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Bam-
berger.
DELEGATE BAMBERGER: Mr. Presi-
dent, I was absent at roll call of the Con-
vention and desire to record my presence.
THE PRESIDENT: Does any other dele-
gate present now and absent at roll call
desire to record his presence?
DELEGATE LORD: I would like to re-
cord my presence.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Bradshaw.
DELEGATE BRADSHAW: Mr. Presi-
dent, the delegates of Montgomery County
will hold a brief meeting immediately upon
adjournment in the lounge to the rear of
the rostrum.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Morgan.
DELEGATE MORGAN: Mr. Chairman,
I would like to announce my presence.
THE PRESIDENT: Are there any other
announcements?
Delegate Pullen.
DELEGATE PULLEN: I would like to
announce my presence.
THE PRESIDENT: Are there any other
announcements?
Delegate Powers.
DELEGATE POWERS: Mr. President,
there will be a brief meeting tomorrow
morning at 9:30 A.M. of the Committee on
Calendar and Agenda.
Tomorrow we will plan to continue con-
sideration of the committee recommenda-
tion that was under consideration today
and hopefully conclude that, and then con-
sider Committee Recommendation S&E-1
on the referendum.
I move we adjourn until 10:00 A.M. to-
morrow morning.
THE PRESIDENT: Is there a second?
(Whereupon, the motion was duly sec-
onded,)
THE PRESIDENT: All those in favor,
signify by saying Aye; contrary, No. The
Ayes have it. It is so ordered.
