dispose of all of them tomorrow morning
and report to the Convention next week.

DELEGATE GALLAGHER: Fifteen
minutes after is quite agreeable, I am sure.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Boyer.
DELEGATE BOYER: Mr. President, in
an earlier session the Committee on Gen-

to all delegates who had proposals referred
to our Committee. We were very happy to
hear from most of them.
Since that time there have been addi-
tional proposals introduced and referred to
our Committee. We would like to extend at
this point an invitation to all delegates who
.have introduced proposals that have been
referred to the General Provisions Com-
mittee, beginning with Proposal 358 to
join with us tomorrow afternoon in order
to give us the benefit of your wisdom and
deliberations as proponents for your pro-
posals.
The General Provisions Committee will
meet this afternoon fifteen minutes after
this session adjourns and again tomorrow
morning at ten o'clock.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Boyer, do
you mean fifteen minutes after the session?
I thought you had an appointment with
me.
DELEGATE BOYER: Yes, sir. We had
the schedule all worked out so that I will
be with you, but the Committee will go on.
THE PRESIDENT: All right.
