these recommendations. I am sorry that
they had not been over previously before
our Committee. Apparently this was an
oversight.
THE PRESIDENT: Are there any fur-
ther announcements?
Delegate Mudd.
DELEGATE MUDD: Mr. President, the
Committee on the Judicial Branch was
scheduled to have heard this afternoon
Delegates Finch and Grant regarding their
proposals 417 and 441 referred to this Com-
mittee. Because a subcommittee of the Ju-
dicial Branch must now meet immediately
following adjournment of this session, I
would ask Delegates Grant and Finch to
meet with the Committee on the Judicial
Branch tomorrow morning at 9:30. If they
can accommodate us, we will be very
grateful.
We then can follow through with our
agenda beginning at ten o'clock as previ-
ously scheduled. The next meeting of the
Committee on the Judicial Branch will be
tomorrow morning at 9:30 A.M.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Moser.
DELEGATE MOSER: The Committee
on Local Government will next meet tomor-
row morning at 9:00 A.M. when we will
continue taking final action votes.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Morgan.
DELEGATE MORGAN: Mr. President,
the Committee on the Executive Branch
will meet immediately after the adjourn-
ment of this session. Hopefully we will get
in about three-quarters of an hour of work,
will adjourn at 6:30 P.M. and meet again
at 8:00 P.M.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Koss.
DELEGATE KOSS: Mr. President, the
Committee on Suffrage and Elections will
meet tomorrow at 10:00 A.M. after the ses-
sion tomorrow if possible, and tomorrow
evening.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Gallagher?
DELEGATE GALLAGHER: Mr. Presi-
dent, the Committee on the Legislative
Branch will meet immediately after this
session to take up one pending matter. Also,
to combine proper celebration of Mr. Gil-
christ's birthday with a Halloween party.
We will meet tomorrow morning at 9:30
A.M. and hear Senator Schneider who asked
to be heard and will meet at 7:45 P.M. to-
morrow evening.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Dulany.
DELEGATE DULANY: The Committee
on Public Information will meet tomorrow
at 1:00 P.M.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Boyer.
DELEGATE BOYER: Mr. President,
the Committee on General Provisions will
meet at 7:30 P.M. this evening, and again
tomorrow morning at 10:00 A.M.
THE PRESIDENT: Are there any fur-
ther announcements by Committee Chair-
men?
I neglected to announce yesterday that
Mr. Paul Moore started as the Director of
Public Information Service of the Conven-
tion. I call to your attention that Commit-
tee Recommendation SF-I will probably be
on the agenda for tomorrow for considera-
tion by the Committee of the Whole.
Are there any other announcements?
Are there any Delegates present now who
were absent at roll call who desire to re-
cord their presence?
Delegate Hanson.
DELEGATE HANSON: I wish to re-
cord my presence.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Penniman.
DELEGATE PENNIMAN: Mr. Presi-
dent, I wish to record my presence.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Sosnowski.
DELEGATE SOSNOWSKI: I wish to
record my presence.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Mudd.
DELEGATE MUDD: May I announce
Subcommittee Chairman Ben Rosenstock
and his Subcommittee will meet at
7:00 P.M.
THE PRESIDENT: This evening?
DELEGATE MUDD: Yes.
THE PRESIDENT: Any further an-
nouncements?
Do any other delegates desire to record
their presence?
If not, the Chair recognizes Delegate
Powers, Chairman of the Committee on
Calendar and Agenda.
DELEGATE POWERS: Mr. President,
I move we adjourn until 2:00 P.M. to-
