they had not been over previously before
our Committee. Apparently this was an
oversight.
THE PRESIDENT: Are there any fur-

DELEGATE MUDD: Mr. President, the
Committee on the Judicial Branch was
scheduled to have heard this afternoon
Delegates Finch and Grant regarding their
proposals 417 and 441 referred to this Com-
mittee. Because a subcommittee of the Ju-
dicial Branch must now meet immediately
following adjournment of this session, I
would ask Delegates Grant and Finch to
meet with the Committee on the Judicial
Branch tomorrow morning at 9:30. If they
can accommodate us, we will be very
grateful.
We then can follow through with our
agenda beginning at ten o'clock as previ-
ously scheduled. The next meeting of the
Committee on the Judicial Branch will be
tomorrow morning at 9:30 A.M.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Moser.
DELEGATE MOSER: The Committee
on Local Government will next meet tomor-
row morning at 9:00 A.M. when we will
continue taking final action votes.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Morgan.
DELEGATE MORGAN: Mr. President,
the Committee on the Executive Branch
will meet immediately after the adjourn-
ment of this session. Hopefully we will get
in about three-quarters of an hour of work,
will adjourn at 6:30 P.M. and meet again
at 8:00 P.M.

DELEGATE KOSS: Mr. President, the
Committee on Suffrage and Elections will
meet tomorrow at 10:00 A.M. after the ses-
sion tomorrow if possible, and tomorrow
evening.

DELEGATE GALLAGHER: Mr. Presi-
dent, the Committee on the Legislative
Branch will meet immediately after this
session to take up one pending matter. Also,
to combine proper celebration of Mr. Gil-
christ's birthday with a Halloween party.
