final reading on the adoption of Article 6
as amended.

A vote Aye is a vote in favor of the ar-
ticle as amended. A vote No is a vote
against.

There being ill votes in the affirmative
and 14 in the negative, the motion is
carried and Article 6 as amended is
adopted on third and final reading.
