A PROPOSAL that a member of the
General Assembly shall be elected by the
qualified voters of the legislative district
from which he seeks election, to serve for
a term of four years beginning on the first
Wednesday of February following his
election.

used and useful in supplying such services
to the public.

deductions for taxes paid.
