teacher, Mrs. John Clinton. Those young
folks got up early enough this morning to
be up in Annapolis before 9:00 o'clock this
morning. (Applause.)

the resumption of consideration of Com-
mittee Recommendation S&E-2.

DELEGATE BAMBERGER: Yes.
THE CHAIRMAN: Pages will distribute

DELEGATE KOSAKOWSKI: When we
recessed yesterday, we were in the midst
of discussing section 7. It would seem to
me that it would be better if we would go
through and go back to these other sections.
THE CHAIRMAN: Very well. I thought
we could clear up the two amendments
from the earlier sections, but we can go
back to them.
We will hold Amendment AO and not
consider it at the present time.
At the time of recess yesterday, we con-
cluded the presentation on behalf of the
Committee and of the minority of the re-
spective positions with respect to section 7.

by Delegate Byrnes: On page 3, section 7,
General Elections in line 22 after the word
"State" add the words "and county"; and,
in line 27, strike out the word "county"
and insert in lieu thereof the words "Balti-
more City".
THE CHAIRMAN: Delegate Byrnes, the
Chair understands that you have four
amendments dealing with this section.
Is it your purpose to offer those as
alternates?
DELEGATE BYRNES: Mr. Chairman,
we are only offering Amendment F at this
point.
