DELEGATE POWERS: Mr. President,
word has been received that Delegate Quin-
tin T. Eckenrode and Mrs. Eckenrode are
today celebrating their 25th wedding anni-
versary. When the time comes for adjourn-
ment this evening, I propose to move that
we adjourn in honor of this happy couple,
and now I move, Mr. President, that the
daily Calendar and Agenda be adopted.
