is to be given by Delegate Mitchell.
If I can anticipate what you are saying, I tried
last night and again this morning to get people together on
the kind of language that would satisfy those who feel that
there should be something in the Constitution. If you
coalesce this past offer and get on with the next section,
maybe those people who have these various amendments Could fet
together and come up with one that would satisfy Delegate
Willoner and Delegate Weidemeyer and everybody else, and if
not, I would suggest that we go on with Delegate Willoner's
amendment after lunch.
