I wish to announce to the Convention that

Delegate Gerald Morgan spent a very uncomfortable night.

He had chest pains and was very uncomfortable this morn-

ing, as a result of which he was sent to the hospital

where there was taken a cardiogram and X-ray. I have
|

|
talked to the doctor several times. He says he is
|
18
|
satisfied with his condition. It is not a heart attack.

19
|
He thinks It is some slight indisposition or perhaps
|
20
|
an attack of pleurisy. In any event, he has recommended
|
21
|
that Mr. Morgan stay away from the committees and the
