I think most of us would agree that a great deal of time is

spent by every delegate and that this is one of the
|
|

principal purposes for doing that.

Also we will be at that time going into a phase
|

where we will begin to have much longer meetings of the
|
|

|
session itself and delegates will have even less time to
|
|

|
spend with their constituents or confer with them. It is
|
|
8
|
believed that it was important for that reason alone.
