ninety days, then take it upon ourselves to say to the

job was going to be burdensome on us, that we were

willing to exercise diligence to get elected, that we

need a little break in the middle to recharge our batteries

All of the citizens of this state work at

least a five-day week and I see where this Convention is

no different from those people. I therefore ask that the

Convention join me in rejecting this proposal.

Agenda made the suggestion that we have a long weekend

many delegates needed more time than they now have to talk
|
|

over matters with the people back where they live.

only work that is done by a delegate to the Convention is
