Governor Driscoll of New Jersey.

DELEGATE KIEFER: Mr. President, the Committee

on Personal Rights and the Preamble has today been cover-

ing several proposals dealing with the right to bear arms.

A few minutes after this meeting adjourns we will reconvene

and continue our hearings and discussion on this subject.

DELEGATE MUDD: Mr. President, the Committee

on the Judicial Branch reconvenes today at 3 o'clock, at

which time we have a rather important conference. Tomorrow

17

morning we begin our hearings again at 10 o'clock, at

18

which time we have the honor of hearing from Honorable

19

James Clarke, Vice President of the Convention, regarding

20

Delegate Proposal No. 81 and particularly its application

21

to the courts of limited jurisdiction.
