Committee on Rules now has under consideration.

The Committee on Rules, Credentials and Conven-

tion Budget recommends that Resolution No. 3 be divided

4

and that the part thereof which relates to public informa-

5

tion matters be returned to the President to be referred

6

to the Committee on Public Information.

THE PRESIDENT: As the Chair understands the

8

report and statement contained therein with respect to the

9

sponsor of the Resolution No. 3, the first

10

resolution which is the third paragraph from the end on Pag

11

2, is withdrawn and superseded by Resolution No. 13.

If that understanding is correct and in the

13

absense of objection, the report will be received and

14

Resolution No. 3, with the omission of the paragraph

15

indicated, will be referred to the Committee on Public

16

Information. Is there any objection? If not, it is so

17

ordered.

first reading of proposals. There are twelve proposals

20
