Some time ago several delegates requested

that there be made available to the Convention delegates

a report of a committee, Committee on Judicial

5

Administration of the Maryland State Bar Association.

The Committee, Chairman of which was Delegate Richard W.

7

Case. Because the report bears on some of the

8

recommendations of the Constitutional Convention Commission

9

dealing with the article on the Judicial Branch, we tried

10

to obtain sufficient copies of the report to circulate

11

among the delegates. Only a half dozen of the reports

12

were available so that we have reproduced it by duplicating

13

it. You should have it on your desk now. It is in a

14

yellow cover.

I announced on Friday that the roster of

16

Convention personnel would be, which was heretofore

17

made available to the Committee on Rules, Credentials

18

and Convention Budget, would be distributed to all

19

delegates today. Unfortunately a mistake was made in

20

duplicating the roster and it is not available to you

21

this afternoon. It will be on your desks tomorrow.
