On Wednesday, October 11, there will be a joint
meeting of the Local Government Committee, and the Legis-
lative Committee. At that time we will hear Dr. Frank
Brad of Columbia University. On Thursday and Friday of
next week we will continue to hear the delegates who have
introduced proposals which have been referred to the Local
Government Committee. Thank you.

Committee will meet tomorrow morning at 9:30 to hear
