motion to table further consideration of Rule No. 2.
A vote Aye is a vote to table. A vote No, of course, is
not in favor of it. We will have a roll call vote.
Has every delegate voted? Does any delegate,
desire to change his vote? The Clerk will record the
vote.
There being 62 votes in the affirmative and
54 votes in the negative, the motion is carried. Motion
No. 2 is tabled.
The next item of business is introduction and
first reading of proposals.
Before we start, I call your attention to the
fact that there has been circulated today a memorandum by
Delegate Byrnos to accompany Delegate Proposal No. 57.
