be expected. He has mumps on both cheeks, and the doctors
report that incubation period has ten days to run; so
that none of you are certain to be safe for at least
another ten days.
You will recall that yesterday Delegate Proposal
No. 258 was distributed, and 1 called your attention to
the fact that the last paragraph had been omitted. The
revised Delegate Proposal No. 258 has now been distributed.
Please destroy the one that ends on Line 21, retain the
one that ends on Line 24.
I have appointed the Committee on Public In-
formation. I will ask the Clerk to read the names in just
a moment. I want to make only this brief statement about
