A few other announcements pertaining largely

to housekeeping matters that I overlooked yesterday or

did not have in mind at the time.

First, in order that the delegates and the com-

mittee chairmen may plan their schedule affairs for the
|
18
|
balance of the day, every effort will be made to meet for
|
19
|
this session promptly at 2 p.m. To that end, the call
|
20
|
bell will be sounded at quarter of the hour, and again at
|
21
|
five minutes of the hour; and we will start promptly at 2
|
|
p.m. I would anticipate in the next week or so that the
|
