and gentlemen; Before the waters of the Chesapeake arise
and inundate me completely, I should like permission of the
Chair and of the Committee of the Whole to withdraw this
amendment and to take it to the Committee on the Legislative
Branch with an opportunity to submit it later as LB-3.
