tricts for the election of members of the United States
House of Representatives. Each district shall consist of
adjoining territory and be compact in form.
Due regard shall be given to natural boundaries
and te boundaries of political subdivisions. The number

States House of Representatives shall ho substantially
coual. Tho boundaries of districts shall he re-established
