Attorney General. At 4 o'clock we will hear from Mr.
William J. D. Boyd of the National Municipal League, who
is considered to be one of the outstanding experts on the
unicameral system in the United States.
Tomorrow morning at 9:50 we will hear from
Mr. Donald Shasteen, the Administrative Assistant to
Senator Carl Curtis, of Nebraska, who is quite familiar
with the operation of the unicameral system in Nebraska.
At 11 o'clock we will hear from a former member of the
General Assembly and our United States Senator from Mary-
land, Senator Daniel Brewster. At 12, from the Senate
Minority Leader, the Honorable Edward T. Hall; at 3 o'clock
from the Honorable J. Glenn Beall, Minority Leader of the
House of Delegates, and Howard E. Denniss, President of the
Young Republicans, and at 4:30 from the Honorable Paul
Sarbanes, Member of the House.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Mudd?
DELEGATE MUDD: Mr. President, the Committee on
the Judicial Branch will reconvene again this afternoon
at 4 p.m. for a special order of business; and tomorrow
morning we resume hearings, and at 10 o'clock we have the
