Constitution dealing with the Legislative Branch shall con-

tain the following provisions regarding the creation and

operation of a combined Unicameral-Bicameral Legislature,

CUB, to read as follows.

THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Proposal No. 264 is

referred to the Committee on the Legislative Branch.

Delegate Proposal No. 265. The Clerk will read

the proposal.

MR. QUILLEN: Delegate Proposal No. 265, by

Delegate Finch, A proposal that the Constitution provide for

the assumption by the State of all court costs in criminal

12

cases.

referred to the Committee on Personal Rights.
