come to order.
The invocation today will again be offered
by Delegate Price.
(Whereupon the invocation was offered by
Delegate Price.
THE PRESIDENT: The roll call today will be
taken by machine, provided we can operate it satisfac-
torily.
Has everyone registered his presence? The
Clerk will record the quorum. A quorum being present,
the Convention is in session.
Each of you should have on your desks a copy of
the daily calendar and the agenda.
The Chair recognizes Delegate Ralph W. Powers,
Chairman of the Committee on Calendar and Agenda.
DELEGATE POWERS: Mr. President, I move the
adoption of the report of the Committee on Calendar and
Agenda.
