a number of my Delegates here don't have Delegate Proposal
No. 252, and we wouldn't want to miss it. (Applause.)

MR. QUILLEN: Delegate Proposal No. 255, by
Delegate Finch. A Proposal that the Constitution con-
tain a provision giving the Governor the power to
commute the death sentence for a capital offense.

Delegate Sherbow. A Proposal that the new Constitution
include the provisions of Article III, Section 48 of
the present Constitution dealing with corporations,
and which presently reads as follows:
