DELEGATE PENNIMAN: I have no comment to
enlighten. I can state my prejudices would be for the
traditional method of using it, C-o-m-p-t.

too, to use the spelling as existing since the Constitution
of 1867, and not change the spelling at this particular

applies to someone who controls something. I don't know
about the Dictionary. The word. Comptroller, nobody knows
what that means and the present status of Louie's job, I
think, is very appropriate. Therefore, I would urge that
