THE PRESIDENT: While we are waiting for the
photographer to set up, there are a few other announcements
I wanted to make.
I understand that the small pictures for the I.D.
photographs can be taken from 9:30 until 3:30, starting
Wednesday, September 13 -- that is tomorrow -- and con-
tinuing through Friday, later if necessary. Pictures will
be taken in Room 309 of the State Office Building. That
is the building that is furthest from the Capitol; start-
ing at College Avenue, it's the third room back. The por-
trait that is being taken of the Convention today is the
formal portrait of the Convention. There will be another
one later. Copies of this picture will be available for
any Delegates who want one. I understand the cost is
five dollars for each additional print.
The report of the Rules Committee is, I think,
here now; and if the pages will come forward and distri-
bute copies to you right here.
I have one final announcement before I recognize
