DELEGATE WIEDEMEYER: Mr. President, I would
like to ask Delegate Morgan and the sponsors of this
amendment whether they would accept a little amendment
to it in line 4 and in line 10 where it says there shall
be a comptroller and the comptroller is mentioned in
line 10, if they will accept a very little amendment to
that saying, "There shall be a paymaster".
