The Governor of Maryland does control the salaries of these
people in that --
THE CHAIRMAN: Delegate Pullen, you are still
concerned with questions to the Vice-Chairman.
DELEGATE PULLEN: I realize that, Mr. Chairman,
but if he doesn't know what I am talking about, he can't
answer.
THE CHAIRMAN: You will have the opportunity to
debate that question later. Right now, questions, please.
DELEGATE PULLEN: I am asking if he knows what
the facts are.
THE CHAIRMAN: He has answered you. I take it
