presentation by Delegate Key has been just as forceful
and complete as it could possibly have been by anyone
else on the committee.
DELEGATE KOGER: I did not mean it that way. I
think they have done most ably. But what I am trying
to say is that this should come up at a better time and
not just before Thanksgiving day, and most of us want
to get to our homes. We don't have the proper setting
for something as important as the rights of the consumer,
the protection of the people against harmful business
practices. That is most important to me.
