mittee. I would anticipate that this Convention would
consider again before it adjourns the question raised by
Delegate Wheatley and decide at that time what agency
it desired to continue any effort, if it desired any con-
tinued efforts. Delegate Scanlan?
DELEGATE SCANLAN: I move at this time the
adoption of the amendment to Rule 22 of the Rules proposed
by Delegate Frank Robey, that we add to the last line
listing the committees, a Committee on Public Information,
such Committee to have the functions specified and referred
to in the final paragraph of the Fifth Report of the Com-
mittee on Rules, Credentials and Convention Budget.
