schedule that is being produced and distributed that we
will have no meetings, as the schedule indicates here, on
Monday morning; but our first meeting will be on Monday
afternoon at 3 o'clock sharp. After the Convention in
the afternoon, we will have our meetings later on in

One other announcement that I want to make. I
have been handed a note, and unfortunately it will not
be possible to distribute this afternoon the fifth report
of the Committee on Rules. It will be distributed as soon
as possible Monday morning.
