September 27, 10 a.m., has been scheduled as Register of

Wills Day before our Committee at a meeting to be held in

the Baltimore City Delegation Room in the Shaw House.

Likewise, Monday, October 2, at 1 p.m., will be Clerk of

8

the Court Day before the Committee on the Judicial Branch,

9

and that meeting will be held in the Assembly Room of

10

the State Office Building. Thank you.

DELEGATE GALLAGHER: Mr. President, ladies and

gentlemen, the Committee on the Legislative Branch will

15

meet Monday at 2 p.m. to hear testimony from the Speaker

16

of the House, Marvin Mandel, who is also a liaison member

17

from the Legislature to the Committee. Also at the

18

2 o'clock session on Monday, the Committee will elect its

19

vice-chairman.
