WHEREAS, after having been read for the first
|

|
time, the proper committee shall have to consider, act
|
5
|
upon, or pass over such proposal or recommendation, and
|
6
|
WHEREAS, in order to give proper consideration
|
7
|
to such proposals and recommendations, each delegate
|
8
|
should be advised of the financial ramifications thereof,
|
9
|
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Con-
|
10
|
stitutional Convention, that beginning Friday. Septem-
|
11
|
ber 29, 1967, each delegate proposal and substantive
|
12
|
committee recommendation regarding a fiscal program be
|
13
|
accompanied with a memorandum setting forth the monetary
|
14
|
budget required by the fiscal program, and if a similar
|
15
|
program now exists, a comparative cost study of the pro-
|
16
|
posed program with the program now in existence.

|
THE PRESIDENT: Resolution No. 4 is referred to
|
18
|
the Committee on Rules, Credentials and Convention Budget.
