DELEGATE MALKUS: Mr. President, I would
also like to have some consideration to having this
projected, because at the present rate of increase in
judges -- that if we are going to judge the future by
viewing the-past, it won't be long before there will be
more superior court judges in Maryland than there will be
nepers of the General Assembly.
That s sonething I think, Mr. President, that
this great body should take into consideration, overall
cost. I know it is easy to say $250,000.

rule not knowing that I was voting for, but you told ne I believe anything you tell me that you would let me
